摘要
国外某氧化铜矿山堆存的-1 mm矿石铜品位为2.89%,为解决该矿石的开发利用问题选、扫选精矿1次扫精选闭路流程处理试样,获得了产率为6.81%、铜品位为25.54%、回收率为60.18%精矿1可直接销售,低品位氧化铜精矿2可进入现场湿法酸浸系统,从而实现低品位矿石资源的可持续利用,经济效益与社会效益显著。
The copper grade of-1 mm ore in a foreign oxidized copper mine is 2.89%.In order to solve the problem of development and utilization of the ore,beneficiation test was carried out.The results showed that:when the grinding fineness of the sample is-0.074 mm accounting for 75%,the closed-circuit process of two roughing,three scavenging and one scavenging was adopted to treat the concentrate.The cop⁃per oxide concentrate 1 with yield of 6.81%,copper grade of 25.54%and recovery of 60.18%and copper oxide concentrate 2 with yield of 7.90%,copper grade of 10.21%and recovery of 27.91%were obtained.The high grade copper oxide concentrate 1 can be sold directly,and the low grade copper oxide concentrate 2 can enter the wet acid leaching system,so as to realize the sustainable utilization of low grade ore resourc⁃es,with significant economic and social benefits.
