摘要
逐孔起爆微差爆破技术由于具有提高爆破效果、降低爆破振动等优点,被广泛应用于实际工程中。目前,塔吉克斯坦吉劳露天矿台阶爆破存在着爆破振动过大、大块率较高、生产效率较低等问题。为提高爆破效果,采用逐孔微差爆破。通过微差时间相关的半经验公式,获得孔间及排间合理的延期时间。通过爆破试验,表明了合理的逐孔微差爆破技术能够改善爆破质量。
The hole-by-hole millisecond blasting technology is widely used in practical engineering due to its advantages of improving blasting effect and reducing blasting vibration.At present there are some problems such as excessive blasting vibration,high block rate and low production efficiency in bench blast⁃ing of Jilao open pit mine in Tajikistan.In order to improve the blasting effect,the hole-by-hole millisecond blasting is adopted.The reasonable delayed time is obtained by the semi empirical formula of millisecond time correlation.The blasting test shows that the reasonable hole-by-hole millisecond blasting technology can improve the blasting quality.
