摘要
针对某大型矿山现难以找到合适的尾矿库,采空区给下部开采带来安全隐患,矿山开采后带来地面塌陷等问题,针对该矿山工程地质条件、矿体赋存条件提出了3种适合该矿山开采的充填采矿法。另外,结合目前充填技术和该矿实际开采现状,选用全尾砂膏体充填法。矿山充填系统设计包括充填系统工艺方案、充填材料配比试验、充填设备选型等,要以矿山的实际情况具体考虑设计方案。对以上3点进行研究与设计,为类似矿山的充填系统设计提供参考。
In view of the difficulty of finding a suitable tailings reservoir for a large mine,the goaf brings safety hazards to the lower part of the mining,and the ground subsidence after the mine is mined,three types of engineering geological conditions and ore body occurrence conditions are proposed for the mine.Filling mining method suitable for mining in this mine.In addition,combined with the current filling technology and the actual mining status of the mine,the full tailings paste filling method is selected.Mine filling system design includes filling system process plan,filling material ratio test,filling equipment selec⁃tion,etc.The design plan should be specifically considered based on the actual situation of the mine.Re⁃search and design the above three points to provide references for the design of filling systems in similar mines.
