摘要
为了解决工作面回采期间在采空区中产生悬顶问题,以马兰矿18504工作面为研究背景,重点介绍了工作面定向爆破技术,并例举了18504工作面切顶卸压护巷成功案例。研究表明,在18504工作面回采时,南一下组相关的锚杆、锚索受到超前应力的影响不断增加,巷道顶底板和两帮出现明显的位移和变形。在工作面停采线处,通过切顶卸压技术进行适当的卸压处理后,对应的锚杆、锚索受力大幅度降低;且在回采空间的结构基本上保持稳定情况下,锚杆、锚索的受力也基本上复原,对应的移近量也趋于稳定,有效地实现了切顶卸压护巷效果。
In order to solve the problem of hanging roof in goaf during mining,taking 18504 working face of Malan Coal Mine as the research background,the directional blasting technology of working face is mainly introduced,and the successful cases of roof cutting and pressure relief roadway protection in 18504 working face are cited.The research shows that in 18504 working face,the influence of advance stress on the bolt and anchor cable of the lower South Group is increasing,and the displacement and deformation of roadway roof floor and two sides are obvious.After the appropriate pressure relief treatment is carried out at the stoppage line of the working face,the stress of the corresponding anchor bolt and anchor cable is great⁃ly reduced.And in the case that the structure of mining space is basically stable,the stress of anchor bolt and anchor cable is basically restored,and the corresponding displacement is also stable,which effectively realizes the effect of roof cutting and pressure relief roadway protection.
