摘要
为提高选矿回收率及金精矿品质,陇南某金矿引进新型捕收剂MC进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:使用MC与丁铵黑药按质量1:1配合作为捕收剂,在pH值为10的条件下,金精矿品位由原来的23.24 g/t提高到25.22 g/t,金精矿回收率由80.57%提高到85.21%,取得了良好的试验指标,为现场技术改造提供了数据支持。
In order to improve the recovery and grade of gold concentrate of a concentrator,a series of experiments were carried out on the performance of a new collector MC.The test results show that the gold concentrate grade is increased from 23.24 g/t to 25.22 g/t and the gold concentrate recovery is in⁃creased from 80.57%to 85.21%when pH value is 10 and a mixture of MC and butylamine dithiophosphate at a ration of 1:1 as collector is added.Good test results are received,which provides data support for the technical transformation on site.
