摘要
为控制罗河铁矿进风侧火灾烟气蔓延,解决火风压作用下风流紊乱问题,提出通风机反转全矿井反风技术方案,并设计反风试验检测反风效果。研究结果表明:罗河铁矿进风侧发生火灾后,Ⅰ级进风机站和Ⅲ级回风机站9台风机均反转运行,其中进风机站4台风机运行频率为35 Hz,回风机站5台风机运行频率为40 Hz;采区进、回风机站处于停机状态;通过对现场20个测点的实测,在10 min内矿井总风量由415.14 m^(3)/s变为反风状态下的矿井总风量263.89 m^(3)/s,矿井反风率63.57%;正转状态下进、回风风机站风机总实秏功率为1 224.30 kW,反转状态下总实秏功率为878.02 kW,风机反转后的实秏功率为正转时的71.72%;风机反转后,-560 m水平2^(#)回风井石门K45-6-№17风机反风率最小,为60.77%,-545 m水平副井石门K45-6-№19风机反风率最大,最大为72.37%,风机的反风量均在60%以上,满足规范中对主要通风机反风的要求。
In order to solve problems such as the spread of fire smoke on the inlet side of Luohe Iron Mine and the turbulence of air flow under the action of fire wind pressure,a technical solution for fan reversal of the whole mine reverse wind was proposed,and a reverse wind test was designed to detect the effect of the reverse wind.The research results show that after a fire broke out on the inlet side of Luohe Iron Mine,the 9 fans in the Ⅰ-level inlet station and the Ⅲ-level return fan station all operated in reverse,of which 4 fans in the inlet station operated at 35 Hz and 5 in the return air station operated at 40 Hz.The inlet and return fan stations in the mining area are in a shutdown state.Through the actual measurement of 20 measuring points on the site,the total air volume of the mine changes from 415.14 m3/s to 263.89 m3/s in the reverse wind state within 10 minutes,the mine reversal rate is 63.57%.The total actual power of the fans in the inlet and return air fan stations in the forward rotation state is 1 224.30 kW,the total actual power in the reverse state is 878.02 kW,and the actual power after the reverse rotation of the fan is positive 71.72% at the time of rotation.After the fan is reversed,the blowback rate of the Shimen K45-6-№17 fan in the-560 m level 2# return air shaft is the smallest,which is 60.77%.The wind rate is the largest,the maximum is 72.37%,and the reverse air volume of the fans is above 60%,which meets the requirements of the main fan reverse wind in the specification.
