调剖调驱剂合理注入压力及液流转向驱效果研究--以渤海LD5-2油田为例 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,渤海油田调剖调驱技术研究和矿场试验取得重要进展,但随着调剖调驱轮次增加,调剖调驱效果逐渐变差,注入压力过高是重要原因之一。为此,本文开展了注入压力对调驱效果影响及作用机理研究。结果表明,随调剖剂和调驱剂注入压力升高,中低渗透层吸液压差和吸液量增加,吸液启动压力增加,后续水驱阶段吸液压差和吸液量减小,液流转向效果变差。与调剖剂(凝胶)相比较,调驱剂(微球)注入压力对深部液流转向效果影响较小。当以水驱结束时,注入压力P值1.5倍作为调剖剂和调驱剂注入压力时,调剖调驱可以取得较好技术经济效果。 In recent years,important research progress has been made in the field of profile control and displacement technology and field tests in the Bohai Oilfield.However,as the number of rounds increases,the effect of profile control and displacement gradually deteriorates.One of the important reasons is the high injection pressure.Therefore,this article has carried out research on the effect of injection pressure on the effect of flood control and its mechanism.The results show that as the injection pressure of the profile control agent increases,the suction pressure difference and the liquid absorption amount of the medium and low permeability layers increase,and the liquid suction starting pressure increases.In the subsequent water flooding phase,the suction pressure difference and the liquid suction amount are reduced,and the liquid flow turning effect becomes worse.Compared with the profile control(gel),the injection pressure of the displacement agent(microsphere)has a smaller effect on the steering effect of deep fluid flow.When the injection pressure at the end of water flooding is 1.5 times as the profile control and displacement agent injection pressure,it can achieve better technical and economic effects.
