摘要
针对中国石油四川石化连续重整装置重整氢外送变压吸附氢气精制装置压降增高,导致装置运行困难问题进行分析,发现原料气组分生成NH4Cl堵塞管线和设备,预处理器压降增大,导致切罐换剂。通过严控原料杂质含量、控制重整反应水-氯平衡、严密监控预处理罐运行,能延缓压差增长速度、保证预处理剂使用寿命。
PSPC's CCR unit operation difficalties due to the increase of pressure drop in the pressure swing adsorption hydrogen refining unit(PSA)have been analysised,it was found that NH4Cl generated from feeding components blocked the pipelines and equipments,and increased the pressure drop of preprocessor as well,then led to preprocessor cutting and catalyst replacing.By strictly controlling the feeding impurities as well as moisture chlorine balance of reforming reaction and closely monitoring preprocessor's operation,the differential pressure growth rate could be delayed and the service life of pretreatment catalyst could be guaranteed as well.
