摘要
以环己烷为带水剂,可膨胀石墨为催化剂,无水乙醇和癸二酸为起始原料,制备癸二酸二乙酯。考察了癸二酸与无水乙醇配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、催化剂使用次数等对酯化率的影响。确定了最优的工艺条件为:癸二酸0.1mol,醇、酸物质的量比为5∶1,可膨胀石墨用量为1.5g,环己烷60mL,癸二酸二乙酯收率可达96.0%。催化剂重复使用5次,收率仍可达90%。
Diethyl sebacate was synthesized with cyclohexane as water carrying agent,expandable graphite as catalyst,ethanol and sebacic acid as starting materials.The effects of the ratio of sebacic acid to anhydrous ethanol,the amount of catalyst,the amount of water carrying agent and the times of catalyst used on the yield were investigated.The optimum conditions were confirmed:0.1mol sebacic acid,a molar ratio of alcohol to acid of 5∶1,1.5g of expandable graphite and 60mL of cyclohexane.The yield of diethyl sebacate could reach 96.0%.After the catalyst is reused for 5 times,the yield can reach more than 90%.
