宁波青年大学生“双创”促进对策研究——基于长三角一体化视角

On Promoting Strategies of“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”of University Students in Ningbo from the Perspective of Yangtze River Delta Integration

《长三角区域一体化发展规划纲要》提出,要提升青年群体的创新创业水平。在此背景下,提升青年大学生“双创”水平无疑对宁波“青年友好城”建设起到重要的意义,文章结合宁波青年大学生“双创”现有的意愿、困境所在,按照全面实施提升青年“双创”系统工程以助力宁波整体竞争力增强的目标要求,提出了提升宁波青年大学生“双创”发展的内容和路径:强化产业链与服务链建设、做强“双创”平台、进一步发挥“双创”教育优势和“三管齐下”精准解决资金问题等,有利于推进宁波青年大学生“双创”新发展。

The Outline of the Regional Integration Development Plan for the Yangtze River Delta released,indicated that it was the high time to develop young generation’s ability of innovation and entrepreneurship(AIE).Under such a background,improving university students’AIE turns to be extremely important.Considering university students’willingness to carry out their own business and the dilemma they faced in that process,this study proposed suggestions for developing their AIE,such as enhancing the construction of industrial chain and service chain,strengthening the platform for entrepreneurship,and solving funding problems by using the“three-pronged approach”.By doing so,this study would contribute to the development of university student’s AIE in Ningbo.
