摘要
以2个栾树(Koelreuteria paniculata)优良无性系"滕选"4号、5号为材料,以北栾为对照,通过盆栽持续干旱处理,系统研究了供试无性系外部形态及内在生理生化指标变化。运用隶属函数法,综合比较了其抗旱性差异。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫加剧,土壤含水量持续下降;各供试材料叶片逐渐萎蔫下垂、变黄、干枯、部分脱落,嫩茎变细软;苗高增加变缓,生长率排序为"滕选"5号、"滕选"4号、北栾;叶绿素含量呈降低-升高-降低趋势;净光合速率显著降低;脯氨酸含量变化趋势不同,"滕选"4号、5号升高,北栾先升高后降低;SOD活性呈升高-降低-升高-降低趋势;MDA含量"滕选"4号、5号总体呈升高趋势,北栾先升高后降低。隶属函数法分析表明,3个无性系抗旱性由高到低为:"滕选"5号>"滕选"4号>北栾。
Using two Koelreuteria paniculata clones"Tengxuan"No.4 and No.5 as materials,and Koelreuteria paniculata as a control,the external morphology and internal physiological and biochemical indicators of the tested clones were systematically studied through continuous drought treatment in pots Variety.Using the membership function method,the differences in drought resistance were comprehensively compared.The results showed that as the drought stress intensified,the soil water content continued to decrease;the leaves of the tested materials gradually wilted,drooped,turned yellow,dried up,and partially fell off,and the stems became thin and soft;The seedling height increased slowly,and the growth rate ranked as"Tengxuan"No.5,"Tengxuan"No.4 and Koelreuteria paniculata;the chlorophyll content showed a decreasing-increasing-decreasing trend;Significantly lower;the change trend of proline content is different,"Tengxuan"No.4 and No.5 increase,Koelreuteria paniculata first increases and then decreases;SOD activity shows an increase-decrease-increasing-decrease trend;MDA content"Tengxuan"No.4 and No.5 showed an overall upward trend,and Koelreuteria paniculata first increased and then decreased.The analysis of membership function method showed that the drought resistance of the three varieties from high to low was:"Tengxuan"No.5>"Tengxuan"No.4>Koelreuteria paniculata.
