基于国土“三调”数据地类属性及空间拓扑“1+N”衔接方案的研究

The Study of the“1+N”Correlation Scheme With the Land Attributes and the Spatial Topology based on the Results of the Third National Land Survey

以国土三调数据为基础,通过构建模型数据的方式,研究三调数据与现有森林资源地类属性及空间拓扑的高效衔接条件。以此推广到三调数据与现有湿地资源或草原资源等自然资源数据的"1+N"地类衔接方案。实现基础调查与专项调查统筹谋划、同步部署、协同开展,形成"一张底图"的自然资源统一调查监测体系。

Based on the results of the third national land survey,this paper studied the efficient relevance conditions of the land attributes and the spatial topology between the third national land survey results with the forest resources by the method of constructing model.That could be extended to the"1+N"land-type correlation scheme link between the third national land survey results and the wetland resources or grassland resources and so on.In this way,the basic and special investigations would be able to overall planning,simultaneous deployment and coordination and would further establish the unified system of natural resources survey and monitoring.
