《生物安全法》与《食品安全法》的比较分析

摘要 《中华人民共和国生物安全法》是为维护国家安全、防范和应对生物安全风险、保障人民生命健康、保护生物资源和生态环境、促进生物技术健康发展、推动构建人类命运共同体、实现人与自然和谐共生而制定的法律。《中华人民共和国食品安全法》是为保证食品安全、保障公众身体健康和生命安全而制定。两部法律相辅相成,既有共同点也有不同的防范措施,共同保护着公众的安全,保护着国家安全,守卫着地球村。 The“Biosafety Law of the People’s Republic of China”is to maintain national security,prevent and respond to biosecurity risks,protect people’s life and health,protect biological resources and the ecological environment,promote the healthy development of biotechnology,promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,and achieve harmony between man and nature Symbiosis,enacted laws.The“Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”is formulated to ensure food safety and protect the health and life safety of the public.The two laws are complementary to each other.They have similarities and different preventive measures.They jointly protect the safety of the public,protect the national security,and guard the global village.
