Experiences and Practices in Preventing and Responding to National Biosecurity Risks

近年来,我国卫生检疫在防范和应对卫生检疫国门生物安全风险方面做了大量卓有成效的工作,有效防止了传染病传入传出,保护了人民生命健康安全。本文将结合《中华人民共和国生物安全法》,浅析防范和应对国门生物安全风险的意义,总结近年来卫生检疫领域防范国门生物安全风险,从构建生物安全风险防控体系、完善工作机制、强化基础保障等方面入手,为下一步工作提供思路,切实保障国门生物安全。

In recent years,China’s health and quarantine has done a lot of fruitful work in preventing and responding to national biosafety risks of health and quarantine,effectively preventing the introduction and spread of infectious diseases,and protecting people’s lives and health.This article will combine the Biosafety Law of the People’s Republic of China to analyze the significance of preventing and responding to national biosafety risks,to summarize the experience of prevention of national biosafety risks in recent years,and to provide ideas for the next step,such as to build a biosafety risk prevention and control system,improve working mechanisms,strengthen basic guarantees,to safeguard national biosecurity effectively at the ports.
