基于案例教学的临床生物化学检验技术教学改革与实践 被引量:1

摘要 “临床生物化学检验技术”阐述人体各系统疾病的临床生物化学实验室的检测项目、检测方法及临床意义,与临床疾病密切关联.由于传统讲授教学专注于理论讲授,而忽略与临床实践的结合,导致效果不佳.笔者尝试采用案例教学法,发现不仅能调动学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,还能提高学生解决问题的能力以及临床思维能力,并取得较好的教学效果.现就案例教学法在“临床生物化学检验技术”教学中的实施方法,成效和不足进行探讨,为案例教学法在医学课程中的应用和推广提供依据. Clinical Biochemistry Testing Technology is a discipline with strong theoretical and practical character⁃istics,which elaborates the testing items,testing methods and clinical significance of clinical biochemistry labora⁃tory for diseases of various systems of human body,so it is closely related to clinical diseases.As traditional teaching focuses on theory teaching and neglects the combination with clinical practice,and the teaching effect is not good.We try to use the case teaching method,and find that it not only arouses the students’interest in learning,actives the classroom atmosphere,but also improves the students’problem-solving ability and clinical thinking ability,and achieves good teaching effect.In this paper,the implementation method,achievement and shortage of case teaching method in Clinical Biochemistry Testing Technology teaching are investigated,which provides the basis for the application and promotion of case teaching method in medical courses.
