楹联,因古时多悬挂于楼堂宅殿之楹柱而得名。特点是言简意深、对仗工整、平仄和谐、字数对等、结构相同、高雅大气,是汉语言文字中独特的文学艺术形式,是中国传统文化的瑰宝。
Couplet is a pair of successive lines of verse hung on the columns of halls on the columns,with concise characters but rich and deep connotations.A couplet is always strict in neat antithesis;in general,two lines are in the same structure with same characters in numbers,coordinate in tones.
