防跌倒风险分级护理方法应用于心血管内科住院患者的研究

A study on the application of risk grading nursing method for fall prevention in inpatients of cardiovascular department

目的研究防跌倒风险分级护理方法应用于心血管内科住院患者的效果及分析。方法选择暨南大学附属顺德医院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的60例心血管内科患者,用随机数字法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用常规护理+防跌倒风险分级护理管理方法。分析对比两组跌倒发生情况、防跌倒知识得分及护理满意度。结果观察组跌倒发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(16.67%),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者防跌倒知识得分[(94.60±4.25)分]高于对照组[(80.45±3.55)分],差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(76.67%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论防跌倒风险分级护理管理方法,能提高心血管内科住院患者防跌倒知识得分及护理满意度,减少患者跌倒的发生,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the effect and analysis of fall prevention risk grading nursing method applied to inpatients in cardiovascular department.Methods Sixty patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the control group was given routine nursing care plus grading nursing management of fall prevention risk.The fall incidence,fall prevention knowledge score and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of fall in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(P<0.05);The score of fall prevention knowledge in observation group(94.60±4.25)was higher than that in control group(80.45±3.55)(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Fall risk classification nursing management method,significantly improve the cardiovascular internal medicine inpatients fall prevention knowledge score,effectively improve patient care satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of patient falls,it is worth clinical promotion.
