摘要
对某化工厂的高浓度含砷废水进行硫化沉淀实验,考察了Na2S用量、pH、反应时间对砷沉淀率的影响。结果表明,控制适宜的Na2S用量、pH及反应时间,砷沉淀率可达99.92%,沉砷后液中的砷含量为4.1mg·L^(-1),经二级铁盐深度处理后,出水砷含量为0.2mg·L^(-1),达到GB 8978−1996《污水综合排放标准》中的一级指标。
The influences of Na2S dosage,pH and reaction time on the arsenic precipitation rate were investigated.The results showed that the arsenic precipitation rate reached 99.92%when the appropriate dosage,pH and reaction time of Na2S were controlled.The arsenic content in the solution after arsenic deposition was 2.5mg/L,and the arsenic content in the effluent was 0.2mg/L after the advanced treatment with secondary iron salt,which met the requirements of GB 8978-1996“Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard”.
