党建工作与开放教育教学的深度融合是开放教育教学发展的需要,也是党建工作走向深入的需要。两者的深度融合应以在职学习者为中心,立足立德树人根本任务,围绕课程思政建设开展。党建工作与开放教育教学深度融合需坚持体系性、开放性、专业性、先进性、协同性的原则。党组织通过参与体制机制建设、教师素质能力提升、在线课程建设、在线教学实施、在线教学评价等工作,发挥旗手、推手、抓手、帮手与助手作用,促进党建工作与开放教育教学的深度融合。

The deep integration between Party building and online education teaching is necessary not only for the teaching development of online education but also for the enhanced party building.The integration should,centering on on-the-job learners,pursue the objective of“building morality and cultivating people”and adhere to the ideological and political of courses.The integration should follow the guidelines of being systematic,open and professional featuring coordination.The Party organization,to the aim of the deep integration,should play its essential roles in the mechanism design,teacher training,construction of online courses,online teaching and evaluation of the online education.
