基于Ag^(+)修饰氮掺杂碳量子点用于组氨酸的荧光开启检测 被引量:6

Determination of histidine by a signal-on strategy based on Ag^(+) modified Ndoped carbon quantum dots

摘要 以黑豆为碳材料,通过水热法合成了具有强荧光的氮掺杂碳量子点(N-CQDs),构建了Ag^(+)修饰N-CQDs用于组氨酸的荧光开启检测。基于N-CQDs的荧光被Ag^(+)猝灭,而组氨酸的加入可与Ag^(+)结合将其脱离N-CQDs表面来恢复N-CQDs的荧光。这种构建对组氨酸的检测无毒、快速经济,且高于其他氨基酸的选择。测定的相对偏差(RSD)为2.9%,检出限为0.11μmol/L。方法用于药品中组氨酸的测定,回收率为95.5%~104%。 In this work,nitrogen doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)with strong fluorescence were synthesized by hydrothermal method using black beans as carbon material.Ag^(+)modified N-CQDs were constructed for a signal-on detection strategy of histidine.The fluorescence of N-CQDs is firstly quenched by Ag^(+),where as the added histidine combines with Ag^(+),and removes it from the surface of N-CQDs to recover the fluorescence of N-CQDs.This constructed strategy is non-toxic,fast and economic for the detection of histidine,and the signal response is higher than other amino acids.The relative deviation(RSD)was 2.9%and the detection limit was 0.11μmol/L.The method has been applied to the determination of histidine in drugs with recovery of 95.5%-104%.
