摘要
口腔鳞癌(OSCC)是最常见的口腔恶性肿瘤,病死率高且预后差。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,表观遗传修饰特别是基因启动子甲基化在OSCC的发展中起到非常重要的作用。基因启动子甲基化可以调节OSCC抑癌基因的转录,并有望成为OSCC早期检测和治疗的生物标志物。本文就近5年研究热门的6个OSCC基因启动子甲基化的相关进展进行综述。
Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is the most common oral malignant tumor with high mortality rate and poor prognosis.In recent years,more and more studies reveal the epigenetic modification,especially gene promoter methylation,plays a very important role in the development of OSCC.The gene promoter methylation can regulate the transcription of tumor suppressor genes in OSCC,and is expected to become a biomarker for early detection and treatment of OSCC.This article reviews the related progress of promoter methylation of six hot OSCC genes in recent five years.
