摘要
我国是世界上失智症患者最多的国家,但目前针对失智老人的照护设施建设仍处于起步阶段,对其环境设计研究的数量和深度也尚在发展过程中。文章分析了30余篇国内外现有文献,总结了失智症照护设施环境研究的发展现状,归纳了常见的设计策略,并在此基础上探讨了面向未来的失智症照护环境研究发展趋势,以及基于我国国情潜在的研究方向,从而为我国失智症照护环境研究的进一步拓展和深化提供参考。
China has the highest number of people with dementia in the world,but the development of care facilities for the elderly with dementia is still in its infancy.Meanwhile,the number and depth of research on the related environmental design are also limited.In this article,we analyzed over 30 related domestic and foreign literatures,thus summarized the development status of dementia care environmental research and common design strategies.On the basis of the existing works,the future trends of dementia care environmental research,and the potential research directions based on China’s national conditions were discussed.The results may serve as references for the further expanding and deepening of the dementia care environmental research in China.
