乡村养老设施“规划-策划-建筑”全过程设计方法探索——以上海市老港镇大河村为老服务公寓为例

The Whole Process Design of“Planning-programing-building”Design under the Background of Rural Revitalization--Taking Dahe Village Elderly Service Apartment,Laogang Town,Shanghai as an Example

自国家乡村振兴战略提出以来,优化利用乡村闲置资源、建设乡村养老设施,成为促进乡村发展、提高乡村居民幸福感的重要工作。随着老龄化时代来临,上海迫切需要应对日益扩大的养老需求,提高乡村地区养老服务水平。而当前多数乡村养老设施存在形式与需求不相符的问题,且在设计建设过程中缺少运营方面的考虑,导致设施建成后无法发挥作用,造成资源浪费。因而,本文以上海市浦东新区老港镇大河村为老服务公寓项目为例,提出并探索了加强前期建筑策划研究,开展“规划-策划-建筑”全过程设计的方法,以实现养老设施在功能、形式和运营三方面的有效统一,并归纳相关经验建议,为乡村地区公共服务设施建设、乡村闲置资源改造再利用等乡村振兴工作提供经验借鉴。

Based on the national rural revitalization strategy,it is important to make use of idle rural resources to solve rural elderly care issue.The paper takes Dahe Village,Laogang Town,Shanghai as an example.Through the whole process design of“planning-programingbuilding”,in this project,it explores how to activate and reuse the rural idle land and facilities by design and operation.The new elderly care facility will meet the increasing and different needs of home-based care for the aged.The design practice provides experience in improving the utilization of rural idle resources,improving the level of rural public services,and promoting rural development and revitalization.
