摘要
毫米波是5G的关键技术之一,其大带宽、低时延特性为上层应用提供了更大实现空间,但也对毫米波移动终端提出了更多挑战。在与中低频不同的信道环境和终端应用场景中,通过对毫米波移动终端的芯片、器件、工艺和整机实现等方面的梳理和对比,以及对当前5G毫米波终端测试方案的总结,可进一步明确国内在毫米波商用这一时间节点上,终端侧亟需解决的关键问题和面临的突破,并对下一步毫米波终端在不同领域的应用提供线索和思路。
Millimeter wave is one of 5G key technologies,and its large bandwidth and low latency characteristics provide more implementation space for upper layer applications,but also present more challenges for millimeter wave mobile terminals.In the channel environments and terminal application scenarios different from medium-and low-frequencies,this paper elaborates and compares millimeter wave mobile terminals in terms of chips,devices,crafts and complete machine implementation and summarizes the current testing solutions of 5G millimeter wave terminals.These further clarify the key issues and breakthroughs in the terminal side that need to be addressed urgently at the time point of the millimeter wave commercialization in China,and provide clues and ideas for the next applications of millimeter wave terminals in different fields.
