摘要
多探头球面近场测试系统主要由吸波暗室、多探头装置、近远场变换软件构成。在被测设备的近场区测量幅度、相位信息,然后采用近远场变换算法获得被测设备的远场方向图,多探头的幅相校准精度直接决定了测试结果。根据多探头球面近场系统构成,运用电磁场测试的误差分析理论,提出了基于高精度机械步进旋转电机的多探头幅度、相位校准验证方法,相比传统电参数传递校准方法,在测量精度、成本、效率等方面具备明显优势。
The spherical multi-probe near-field test system is mainly composed of anechoic chamber,a multi-probe device and near-far field transformation software.The amplitude and phase information of the EUT are measured in the near-field area,and the far-field antenna pattern of the EUT is obtained by adopting the near-far-field transformation algorithm.Therefore,the amplitude and phase calibration accuracy of multiple probes determines the test results.According to the composition of the multi-probe spherical near-field system and the error analysis theory of electromagnetic field testing theory,a multi-probe amplitude and phase calibration verification method is proposed based on high-precision mechanical stepping rotary motor.Compared with previous calibration verification method via transferring electrical parameters,the proposed method has obvious advantages in terms of measurement accuracy,cost and efficiency.
