浅析購轨道施工技术进展及智能建造技术研究难点 被引量:1

摘要 中国铁路工程的建设经历了从数量、规模到质量、效益的发展转变,且当前施工技术正在从传统施工方式向智能建造方式转变。随着自动化、智能化技术在各领域的推广应用,智能建造技术在铁路轨道工程领域的应用也开始了相关研究并取得了阶段性成果,但是其深入研究和全面推广仍有很多技术难点需要突破。基于此,本文简要介绍了国内轨枕、轨道板预制和有祚、无祚轨道铁路铺轨方面智能建造技术的研究和应用现状,根据现场反馈的信息和对智能化建造技术的认知,就铁路轨道智能建造技术研究的技术路线、技术难点、应用前景等提出了一定的建议,以期推动铁路智能建造技术的发展。 The construction of railway projects in China has undergone development and transformation from quantity,scale to quality and efficiency,and the current construction technology is changing from traditional construction methods to intelligent construction methods.With the promotion and application of automation and intelligent technology in various fields,the application of intelligent construction technology in the field of railway track engineering has also begun relevant research and achieved phased results,but its in-depth research and comprehensive promotion still have many technical difficulties that need to be broken through.Based on this,this article briefly introduces the research and application status of intelligent construction technology in domestic sleepers,prefabricated track slabs and track laying of ballasted and non-ballasted railways.The technical route,technical difficulties,and application prospects of intelligent construction technology research put forward certain suggestions in order to promote the development of railway intelligent construction technology.
