摘要
近些年来,基于BIM的信息技术的在建筑工程项目的控制管理应用得到一定的拓展,在建筑产业占有着愈加重要的地位。然而,BIM技术在实际复杂工程项目管理中的全面实施不够成熟和完善。本文先研究了BIM技术在工程中的应用特点与优势,再通过确定建立BIM控制管理体系模型的步骤,构建了基于BIM技术的从技术架构到造价、设计、施工全方面的项目精细化控制管理体系,从而实现常态化的精细化工程管理模式。
In recent years,the application of information technology based on BIM in the control and management of construction projects has been expanded and occupies an increasingly important position in the construction industry.However,the comprehensive implementation of BIM technology in practical complex project management is not mature and perfect.Firstly,this paper studies the application characteristics and advantages of Bim in engineering.Then through determining the steps of establishing BIM control management system model,the project fine control management system based on BIM Technology from technical architecture to cost,design and construction is constructed,so as to realize the normalized fine project management mode.
