井下扩眼工具的研究现状分析 被引量:7

摘要 深层巨厚盐膏层的钻井安全和固井安全一直是制约盐下油气资源高效开发的技术瓶颈之一,突破这个瓶颈的关键技术之一是扩眼技术。随着钻井技术的日趋进步,扩眼技术已成为一种用于解决井下复杂问题、优化井身结构的关键技术。国内外在井下扩眼工具的结构、原理方面已开展过大量研究,并已形成商业化产品。对国内外现有扩眼工具产品研究现状进行了调研分析,对不同扩眼工具按其工作原理和工作方式进行分类,并对工具的结构特点、工作原理、优缺点及其适用条件进行分析。在此基础上,对扩眼工具的发展提出了展望。该研究对扩眼工具的发展和推广应用具有积极的作用。 The safety of drilling and cementing in the deep and thick salt-paste layer has been one of the technical bottlenecks restricting the efficient development of oil and gas resources under salty layer.One of the key technologies to solve these problems is reaming.With the increasing progress of drilling technology,reaming has gradually become a key technology for solving complex underground-wellbore problems and optimizing well structure.The structure and principle of downhole reaming tools have been studied extensively at home and abroad,and commercial products have been developed.The existing research about the reaming tools and classify different reaming tools was carried out by their working principle and working mode.The structural characteristics,working principle,advantages and disadvantages of the tools and their applicable conditions were systematically analyzed.The prospect and development trend of reaming tool were also analyzed.This research provides references on the development,promotion and application of reaming tools.
