深水钻井导管水下打桩站立稳定性分析与建议

摘要 分析了钻井导管水下打桩安装工艺在施工过程中所面临的导管站立稳定性问题。由于国内未进行深水钻井导管水下打桩实践,关于导管海底站立稳定性问题的分析及优化设计的指导性文献较少。基于现有标准及国外已有实践,分析了现有几种导管站立稳定性分析方法的特点与适用性,剖析了导管稳定性的工况、载荷及关键影响因素。提出了导管站立稳定性分析方法的应用建议。为深水钻井导管水下打桩技术在南海应用提供参考。 The issue of conductor standing stability during the implementation of deepwater subsea driving drilling conductor in the deepwater oil and gas development construction was analyzed.Since there is no underwater piling practice of deepwater drilling pipes in China,there are few specific guidance and paper about deepwater drilling conductor standing stability issues including analysis and optimization.Based on history practices and industrial standards,the features of feasibility of conductor standing stability related methods,the load cases considerations and key influent factors were analyzed.The stability optimization method and suggestion were proposed to provide references for subsea driving conductor application in South China Sea deepwater development.
