管道内检测器里程轮定位数据预处理算法设计

摘要 针对里程轮数据受到管道复杂环境的影响,出现测量误差的问题,研究了管道内检测器里程轮定位数据预处理算法。介绍了管道内检测器里程轮定位原理,通过分析里程轮数据的误差,提出了基于卡尔曼滤波的管道内检测器里程轮定位数据预处理算法。然后通过仿真试验,对算法进行验证。给出试验对比结果,对误差进行了分析和总结。仿真结果表明,该算法处理后的里程轮数据具有更高的准确性。 Aiming at the problem that the mileage wheel data is affected by the complex environment of the pipeline,the measurement error occurs,and the preprocessing algorithm of the mileage wheel positioning data of the detector in the pipeline was studied.The principle of the mileage wheel positioning of the pipeline inner detector was introduced.By analyzing the error of the mileage wheel data,a Kalman filter-based preprocessing algorithm for the mileage wheel positioning data of the pipeline inner detector was proposed.The algorithm was verified through simulation experiments and the experimental comparison results were presented.The errors were analyzed and summarized.The simulation results show that the mileage wheel data processed by the algorithm has higher accuracy.
