川深1井非常规系列尾管悬挂器应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 川深1井是我国西南地区的第1口超深气井,具有超高温、超高压、高含硫特征,存在长裸眼、掉块多、小间隙、漏失等不利因素,尾管固井难度大。研发了具有自主知识产权的非常规系列尾管悬挂器,通过采用内嵌卡瓦、耐超高温密封组件、整体气密封封隔尾管悬挂器、新型复合钻杆胶塞技术,配合半坐半挂、防气窜压稳、套管居中工艺,保证尾管固井的顺利实施,效果显著。该非常规系列尾管悬挂器技术结合相关施工工艺满足我国西南地区超深、“三高”井尾管固井需要。 Chuanshen-1 well is the first ultra-deep gas well in southwest China.It has the characteristics of ultra-high temperature,ultra-high pressure and high sulfur content.There are many unfavorable factors,such as long open hole,many lost blocks,small gap and leakage,which makes liner cementing difficult.The unconventional series liner hanger with independent intellectual property rights was developed.Through the technology of embedded slips,ultra-high temperature resistant sealing components,integral air sealing packer liner hanger and new composite drill pipe rubber plug,combined with the technology of half setting and half hanging,gas channeling and pressure stabilization and casing centering,the smooth implementation of liner cementing could be ensured,and the effect is remarkable.The research shows that the unconventional liner hanger technology combined with relevant construction technology can meet the requirements of liner cementing for ultra-deep,ultra-high temperature,ultra-high pressure and high sulfur content wells in southwest China.
