摘要
为量化汽车驾驶员座椅座垫的海绵厚度和腰部支撑对乘坐舒适性的影响,对不同座垫海绵厚度、腰部支撑厚度和支撑位置的座椅与人体之间的接触压强进行了测量。对不同座椅参数的人椅模型进行了非线性仿真分析。从试验和仿真两方面分析座垫海绵厚度和腰部支撑对汽车座椅静态舒适性的影响,确定能够提高乘坐舒适性的参数范围,为设计具有理想体压分布的座椅提供参考。
In order to quantify the influence of seat cushion sponge thickness and lumbar support on the ride comfort,the contact pressure between the seat and human body with different seat cushion sponge thickness,lumbar support thickness and support position was measured.The non-linear simulation analysis of human-chair model with different seat parameters was carried out.The influence of cushion sponge thickness and lumbar support on the static comfort of car seat was analyzed from the aspects of experiment and simulation,and the range of parameters that can improve the ride comfort was determined,which could provide a reference for the design of seat with ideal body pressure distribution.
