摘要 对高教普及化下的教学管理创新进行研究,找出了其中存在的问题:人才培养理念更新滞后,教学管理模式僵化单一,教学管理制度因循守旧,教学管理团队参差不齐。部分教学管理工作缺少专业性、主动性和创造性,没有及时适应外部环境变化。教学管理行政化的情况普遍存在,在决策、管理、监督、评价及考核等过程中形成了一个只有少部分人员参与的封闭管理系统。大部分高校很多管理制度更新慢,创新性和灵活性不足,培养计划在培养周期内基本保持不变。很多高校忽视了对管理人员专业素质和学术背景的考察,简单的把教学管理工作和一般行政工作等同起来,使教学管理工作中出现了诸多不协调现象。应突出办学特色,以人为本,探索先进的管理机制、管理手段、教学方式及考核办法,优化教学管理模式,遵循可操作性、灵活性、时效性等原则,创新教学管理制度,把握教学管理工作区别于行政工作的特殊性和重要性,打造创新意识浓的教学管理团队。 The research analyzes the teaching management innovation under the popularization of higher education,finds out the problems,i.e.the backward of talent training concept innovation,rigid and simple teaching management model,old teaching management system,and the different qualification of teaching management staff.There is lack of profession,initiative and creativity in teaching management,which can’t adapt to the changes of externalities.The situation of teaching management administerization is popular,in which only minority of staff participate in the closed-off management system in the process of decision-making,management,supervision,evaluation and assessment.Most colleges innovate slowly in many management systems.There is lack of innovation and flexibility.And the training plan keeps basically the same in training period.Many colleges neglect the inspection of the professional quality and academic background of managers,and simply equate the teaching management and general administration.This makes many discordant phenomenons in teaching management.It is necessary to highlight school-running characteristics;put people first;explore advanced management mechanism,management method,teaching method and assessment means;optimize teaching management model;obey the principle of operability,flexibility and timeliness;innovate teaching management system,grasp the particularity and importance of the difference of teaching management with administration;and create the teaching management team of strong innovative consciousness.
