摘要
对基于OBE理念的高职护理专业基础医学课教学改革现状进行探讨。分析了目前基础医学课存在的问题,表现在课程设置内容繁多,难以理解,教学模式单一,学生积极性不足。阐述了OBE教学理念下临床专业、护理专业、高职护理专业的基础医学课程教学改革现状。提出了基础医学课的教学改革设想,在教材整合上,要综合考虑学科之间的联系性、内容的重复性、教师的工作量、知识与工作的衔接性等因素,确定整合的科目;在教学方法上,要不断引用新的教学方法,如案例教学法、任务驱动法等,加强对教师的业务能力培训,适应学生的发展需要;在教学评价上,要掌握和了解教师和学生的信息反馈,及时进行问题矫正。基于OBE理念的高职护理专业基础医学课教学改革,能够提高教学效果和教学质量,促进学生综合能力的提升。
The research explores the current situation of teaching reform of basic medical course in higher vocational nursing specialty based on OBE concept.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current basic medical course,which are manifested in the various contents of the course,difficult to understand,single teaching mode and lack of enthusiasm of students.The research expounds the current situation of teaching reform of basic medical courses for clinical specialty,nursing specialty and higher vocational nursing specialty under the OBE teaching concept.In the integration of teaching materials,we should consider the factors,such as the connection between subjects,the repetition of content,the workload of teachers,the convergence of knowledge and work,and determine the integrated subjects.In the teaching methods,we should constantly use new teaching methods,such as case teaching method and task driven method,to strengthen the professional ability training of teachers.In teaching evaluation,we should grasp and understand the information feedback of teachers and students,and correct problems in time.The teaching reform of basic medical course of higher vocational nursing specialty based on OBE concept can improve the teaching effect and quality,and promote the improvement of students’comprehensive ability.
