摘要
对提升高等职业教育的社会培训功能进行研究。高等职业教育社会培训功能正面对一些挑战:未将社会培训内容融入教学之中,致使部分学生在完成高等职业教育之后对社会的了解和认知度不够,步入社会后觉得难以适应。教师的专业素质有待提高,很多老教师不愿意学习并接受新的知识,认为社会培训对学生而言益处不大。教学计划中缺乏市场意识和服务意识,导致学生难以得到去优秀企业进行社会培训的机会,而且企业会对高等职业教育机构隐瞒自己所需的人才目标,导致校企之间难以交换信息。提出了提升职业教育社会培训和加强继续教育功能的对策:设定合理的社会培训模块,提高社会培训在教学中的比重。建立优良的“双师型”师资团队,提升高等职业教育社会培训力度,帮助学生获得优秀的教学教育资源。高等职业教育要与有发展潜力的企业进行合作,为企业提供优秀的毕业生,企业可为给高职院校提供更多的社会培训机会。
The research explores the social training function in the society training function of higher vocational education.There are some challenges in the social training function of higher vocational education,i.e.social training content can’t be integrated into teaching,so some students don’t have enough understanding and cognition degree after they complete higher vocational education,and there is great difficulty after they enter the society.Professional quality of teachers needs improvement,and many teachers are unwilling to learn and accept new knowledge,and believe there is litter benefit of social training on students.There is lack of market and service consciousness in the teaching plan,which leads the students hard to gain the opportunity of social training in excellent enterprises,and enterprises will hind their talent selection aim from the higher vocational education institutions.This leads it is hard to exchange information between school and enterprise.The countermeasures of improving social training of vocational education and strengthening continuous education function are proposed,i.e.to set rational social training model,and improve the ratio of social training in teaching;establish excellent“dual type teachers”teaching team,improve social training of higher vocational education,and help students to obtain excellent teaching and education resource.Higher vocational education should be cooperated with enterprises which have development potential,to provide excellent graduates for enterprises.Enterprises can provide more social training opportunity for higher vocational colleges.
