校企双元育人下实践基地建设探索——以南阳职业学院为例

Exploration of Practical Base Construction Under Dual Education of Schools and Enterprises——Through Taking Nanyang Vocational College as an Example

对校企双元育人下的实践基地建设进行探讨。南阳职业学院结合学校及企业实际情况,通过委派人员互相交流学习,共同促进深化合作,探索适合我校学生特点的实践教学改革方向,推进“双师双能”教学团队建设,建设高质量的实践基地,探索出了适合校企双方互利共赢的合作模式。

The research explores the practical base construction under dual education of school and enterprises.Through combining with the practical situation of the school and enterprise,Nanyang Vocational College appoints personnel to communicate and learn,promotes deep cooperation,explores the orientation of practical teaching reform which is suitable for the student characteristics in the college,promotes the“dual teaching and ability”teaching team construction,establishes practical based of high quality,and explores a mutual benefit and win-win cooperation model which is suitable for both the school and enterprise.
