摘要 为实现疫情防控期间线上教学与线下课堂教学质量实质等效,课题组以高职院校教师为研究对象,通过对比高职教师在线教学核心能力的重点内容和高职教师在线教学能力存在的优势和不足,分析得出疫情防控期间高职教师在线教学核心能力存在的差距,进而探索提高高职教师在线教学核心能力的方法和途径,提出提高高职教师在线教学核心能力的实施对策,进而提升了教学效果。 In order to achieve the equal effect of the quality of online teaching and offline course teaching during epidemic prevention and control,the research selects teachers in higher vocational college as the research objects,compares the the key contents of online teaching core ability,and the advantages and disadvantages of online teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and finds that online teaching core ability of higher vocational college teachers during epidemic prevention and control needs improvement.Method and pathway of online teaching core ability of higher vocational college teachers are explored,and implement countermeasures of online teaching core ability of higher vocational college teachers are proposed to improve the teaching effect.
