新冠疫情对博士研究生培养质量的影响及应对策略

Influence of COVID-19 Epidemic on Doctoral Training Quality and the Coping Strategies

分析了新冠肺炎疫情对博士研究生培养质量的影响,提出了相应的解决策略:处理好科学研究和科研论文之间的关系,积极优化本硕博连读、硕博连读、直博连读培养政策,积极探索新的研究生培养方式,加强思政教育,提高人文涵养,做好心理调控工作。为适应国内外疫情防控形势,高校应在公平公正的原则下从政策层面上吸引更多的优秀本科生留校读研。在无法返校的情况下,博士研究生的具体研究方向和培养方式需作出相应调整。疫情期间,一些学生缺乏理性判断的能力,会产生焦躁等心理情绪,导师要进一步对学生加强教育引导。

The research analyzes the influence of COVID-19 epidemic on doctoral training quality,and proposes relevant strategies,i.e.to deal with the relationship between scientific research and papers;actively optimize the training policy of undergraduate,master and doctoral studies,MD-PhD and direct PhD;actively explore the new postgraduate education method,strengthen ideological and political education,improve humanistic quality,and do well in psychological adjustment.In order to adapt to the epidemic prevention and control situation at home and abroad,colleges and universities should introduce more excellent graduates to attend postgraduate study at the school on the political level under the principle of justice and equity.Under the situation of unable to return to school after the vacation,the specific research orientation and training method of doctoral students should be adjusted correspondingly.During epidemic,some students lack rational judgement ability,and generate impatient emotion.So teachers should further guide the students to strengthen education.
