摘要
对高职数控技术课程课堂教学效果的提升策略展开研究。仿形复合循环G73指令在企业生产加工中适用性较广,加工效率高,但是存在指令格式和参数含义较为复杂、程序结构和刀具的运动路径难以理解等问题,影响了学习效率和教学效果。以仿形复合循环G73指令为例,详细阐述了在教学设计过程中运用信息化技术手段和多种教学方法提高教学效果的策略,巩固和深化了学生对G指令的学习,为后面复杂零件的编程加工打下基础,全面提升了个人能力和综合素质,提升了人才培养质量。
The research explores the improvement strategy of classroom teaching effect of numerical control technique course in the higher vocational college.Copying compound cycle G73 instruction has wide applicability in enterprise production process,and it has high working efficiency.There are some problems,such as the complexity of order format and parameter implication,and the difficult understanding of program structure and motion path of the tool.These influence the learning efficiency and teaching effect.Through taking copying compound cycle G73 instruction as an example,the research elaborates the countermeasures of promoting the teaching effect in the process of teaching design through applying the information technological means and teaching methods of all kinds,and consolidates and deepens the student learning of G instruction,in order to lay the foundation for the program processing of the complex parts,comprehensively promote the individual ability and comprehensive quality,and improve the talent training quality.
