摘要
对核心素养背景下师范生教学能力的培养进行探究。师范生的教学能力要求主要包括教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学评价能力、教学反思能力、教学创新能力。根据核心素养背景下师范生教学能力存在的不足提出了具体的培养策略:精准定位培养目标,优化课程设置,提升师范生的自主学习能力、创新能力、教学实践能力及师范意识,使师范生走上教师的工作岗位后能够满足基础教育的要求,培养出更多的优秀教师和教育管理人才。
The research explores the training of teaching ability of normal students under the background of core literacy.The teaching ability of normal student mainly includes teaching design,implement,evaluation,reflection and innovation ability.Specific training strategies are proposed according to the problems of teaching ability of normal college students under the background of core literacy,i.e.accurate location of training target,optimization of course allocation,improvement of autonomous learning,innovation and teaching practice ability,and normal consciousness of normal college students,to make normal students satisfy basic education requirements after they become a teacher,and to train more excellent and education management talents.
