摘要
以分析SimMan模拟人联合PBL教学在麻醉科住院医师规培中的应用为目的。抽取2018年10月—2020年1月本院50名参与住院医师规培的麻醉科医师,依据规培方案分成观察组和对照组,每组各25名。对照组联合应用PBL教学法与单项操作训练教学法,观察组则联合应用PBL教学法与SimMan模拟人教学法。结果显示,观察组在理论知识和操作技能方面的考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),教学满意度评分以及学习兴趣评分也均高于对照组(P<0.05),说明联合应用PBL教学法以及SimMan模拟人教学法有助于提升麻醉科住院医师的规培质量。
The research analyzes the application of SimMan anthropomorphic dummy combined with PBL teaching in resident physician training of Anesthesiology Department.50 physicians of Anesthesiology Department who participate in resident physician training in the hospital from Oct.2018 to Jan.2020 are selected.They are divided into observation group and control group according to the training scheme,with 25 physicians in each group.Control group receive PBL teaching combined with single operation training teaching method,and observation group receive PBL teaching SimMan anthropomorphic dummy.The results show that the examination results of theoretical knowledge and operating skill in observation group are significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Score of teaching satisfaction and learning interest are significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).This indicates that SimMan anthropomorphic dummy combined with PBL teaching is beneficial to improve the training quality of resident physicians in Anesthesiology Department.
