对高校发展型学生资助信息管理系统构建进行研究。随着高校资助政策体系的不断完善,学生资助政策体系逐渐由保障型向发展型转变。高校学生资助政策体系正面临一些实践困境:贫困识别不精准,供需不平衡,育人成效不显著,管理手段不科学,执行效率低。分析了构建发展型学生资助信息化管理系统的必要性,采用了三层架构模式,分别为表示层、业务逻辑层、数据访问层。要将信息技术与资助育人工作相融合,精准度量学生经济情况及个人发展情况,打造更加科学、智能、精准、高效的贫困生资助模式。

The research explores the construction of developmental student funding information management system of colleges and universities.With the continuous perfect of political system of financial funding of colleges and universities,political system of student aid gradually transforms from security type to developmental type.Political system of student aid of colleges and universities faces some practical dilemma,such as inaccurate identification of poverty,imbalance of supply and demand,non-significant education effect,unscientific management approach,and low execution efficiency.The research analyzes the necessity of the construction of developmental student aid information management system;adopts three-tier architecture model,including presentation,business logic and data access layer.It is suggested to integrate information technology with aid education,accurately measure student economic situation and individual development situation,and create more scientific,intelligent,accurate and efficient poverty student aid model.
