对促进大学生人文素养形成的方法建议进行探究。人文素养对于现代大学生的重要性主要体现在以下几方面:丰富学生的精神世界,将优秀的人文成果内化到个人品质和人文精神中,培养学生控制自己情绪的能力和把握他人情绪的能力。分析了大学生人文素养欠缺的原因:过于关注经济物质,就业压力使人文素养教育难以有效开展,流于形式,过于看重科学技术。对此,需确定人文素养教育的地位,科学设置人文素养课程体系,提高教师的人文素养水平,创设良好的人文学习环境。要将人文素养教育充实扩展到道德教育和专业教育中,拓宽思维空间。课程内容、课程结构、课程实践都必须从学生的特点出发进行合理配置。教师不但要专业知识水平过硬,还要具有渊博的人文知识和高尚的道德思想。要开展丰富多彩、形式多样的校园文化活动,侧面反映出校园文化水平,为以后改进提出意见。

The research explores the suggestions on the promotion of the formation of humanistic quality of college students.The importance of humanistic quality on contemporary college students mainly reflects in the following aspects,i.e.enriching the spiritual world of the students,internalizing excellent humanistic achievements into personal quality and humanistic spirit,and training the student’s ability of controlling individual emotion and the ability of grasping emotions from others.The research analyzes the causes of the lack of humanistic quality of college students,i.e.too much attention on economics and material,the difficulty in effective development of humanistic quality education caused by employment stress,being in formality,and too much attention on scientific technology.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the status of humanistic quality education,scientifically set humanistic quality curriculum system,improve teacher’s humanistic quality level,and create good humanistic study environment.We should enrich and expand humanistic quality education into moral and professional education,and widen thinking space;rationally allocate curriculum content,structure and practice according to the student’s characteristics.Teachers should not only be facilitated with professional knowledge,but also be qualified with profound humanistic knowledge and noble moral thought.It is suggested to develop rich and colorful campus culture activities of various forms,and reflect campus culture level from the side in order to propose improvement suggestions.
