小檗碱介导的抗脑缺血凋亡通路研究进展

Research progress of anti-cerebral ischemic apoptosis pathway mediated by berberine

脑缺血是当前国内外发病率和死亡率均较高的疾病,其临床治疗也受到治疗时间窗的限制。小檗碱是传统中药黄连的有效成分,具有抗炎、抗凋亡、抗脑缺血等药理作用。本文重点综述了小檗碱对脑缺血凋亡通路的影响,为进一步研究小檗碱的神经保护作用提供参考。

Cerebral ischemia is a disease with high morbidity and mortality at home and abroad,and its clinical treatment is also limited by the treatment time window.Berberine is an effective component of traditional Chinese medicine Coptis chinensis,and it has anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis,anti-cerebral ischemia and other pharmacological effects.This article focuses on the effects of berberine on the cerebral ischemic apoptosis pathway,which provides a reference for further research on the neuroprotective effect of berberine.
