China's Fourteenth Five-Year Plan and the long-range objectives through 2035 are discussed under the background of"great changes not seen in a century".To look into China's development prospects,the key is to clarify that China's rejuvenationis changing the world economic landscape and geopolitical pattern,the capitalist system is declining and the weakening of capitalist idecology will ensue,and the fourth scientific and technological revolution will profoundly change the way of human work and life.In 2035,China's economy will rank first in the world in terms of exchange rate,helping form the world's largest middle class group about the same population size as that of the developed countries.The social development goal of people's common prosperity will make great progress,social stability will be further enhanced,a rule of law China will be basically achieved,and the goal ofmodernizing China's system of governance will be basically realized.As long as we follow the existing developmnent strategy and the guidance of the strategic framework of"one goal,two arrangements and three guarantees",deeply promote reform and opening up and do our own things well,we can make into reality the blueprint for China's econoric and social development in 2035.
