玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜光凝术治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞黄斑水肿的效果

Efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of macular edema in central retinal vein occlusion

目的探讨玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜光凝术(PRP)治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)黄斑水肿的效果。方法抽取2018年5月至2020年5月洛阳市第三人民医院收治的CRVO黄斑水肿患者120例,按照治疗方案分为两组。对照组57例(57眼)行PRP治疗,观察组63例(63眼)行玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合PRP治疗。回顾性对照分析治疗前后两组的最佳矫正视力、眼压、黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)。结果治疗前,两组患者最佳矫正视力、眼压、CMT比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1、2、3个月,观察组最佳矫正视力高于对照组(t=2.258、3.411、2.978,P=0.025、0.001、0.003),观察组CMT低于对照组(t=8.443、8.000、7.509,P=0.001、0.001、0.001),观察组眼压与对照组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合PRP治疗可有效提升CRVO黄斑水肿患者的视力,改善黄斑中心厚度,稳定眼压。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with panretinal photocoagulation(PRP)in the treatment of macular edema in central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO).Methods A total of 120 patients with CRVO macular edema admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Luoyang from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment plan.Fifty-seven cases(57 eyes)in the control group were treated with PRP,63 cases in the observation group(63 eyes)were treated with vitreous injection of conbercept combined with PRP.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure and central retinal thickness(CMT)of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BCVA,intraocular pressure and CMT between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After 1,2,and 3 months of treatment,BCVA of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=2.258,3.411,2.978,P=0.025,0.001,0.003),and the CMT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=8.443,8.000,7.509,P=0.001,0.001,0.001),but there were no significant differences in intraocular pressure between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Vitreous injection of concept combined with PRP can effectively improve the visual acuity,central macular thickness and stabilize intraocular pressure in patients with CRVO and macular edema.
