头针配合语言训练对脑瘫患儿语言发育迟缓的治疗效果

Curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with language training on language retardation on children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨头针配合语言训练对脑瘫患儿语言发育迟缓的治疗效果。方法抽取2017年10月至2019年10月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院诊治的脑瘫患儿90例,依据治疗方案将其分为两组,每组45例。对照组给予语言训练,观察组给予头针配合语言训练。回顾性对照分析两组总有效率及患儿发育商、构音障碍、口腔运动能力评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(42/45),高于对照组的75.56%(34/45),χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.020。治疗前,两组发育商中应人、应物、大运动、言语、细动作评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组应人、应物、大运动、言语、细动作评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分高于对照组(t=4.141、4.941、4.800、3.652、3.700,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组口腔运动能力评分及构音障碍中言语、构音器官运动、呼吸及反射、口腔运动能力评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,言语、构音器官运动、呼吸及反射、口腔运动能力评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分高于对照组(t=3.941、5.489、3.664、8.510,P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿采用头针配合语言训练治疗的疗效较好,能提升患儿发育商及口腔运动能力,缓解构音障碍,改善患儿语言发育迟缓状况。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with language training on language retardation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 90 children with cerebral palsy who were diagnosed and treated in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from October 2017 to October 2019 were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given language training,and the observation group was given scalp acupuncture with language training.The total effective rate and the scores of children’s developmental quotient,dysarthria and oral motor ability were analyzed retrospectively.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),which was higher than 75.56%(34/45)in the control group,χ^(2)=5.414,P=0.020.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the developmental quotient scores of response,response,large exercise,speech,and fine movement between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of response,response,big exercise,speech,and fine movement in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=4.141,4.941,4.800,3.652,3.700,P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in oral motor ability scores and dysarthria of speech,dysarthria,breathing and reflexes,and oral motor ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of speech,articulatory organ movement,breathing and reflexes,and oral movement ability were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=3.941,5.489,3.664,8.510,P<0.05).Conclusions Scalp acupuncture combined with language training is effective in treatment of children with cerebral palsy,which can significantly improve the children’s development quotient and oral motor ability,relieve dysarthria and language retardation.
