摘要 通过诊断学与人文科学进行整合,创新性建立诊断学和人文科学的模块化教学,优化诊断学课程。课程整合可以使学生在理论学习和临床实践操作中将医学和人文科学更好地结合,强化人文关怀,加强法律意识,锻炼临床思维,顺应现代医学教育模式。教学过程中引入情境模拟、三明治教学法、标准化病人、精准教学等先进教学方法,促进诊断学教学方法改革。探索标准化病人培养新模式,发展完善临床教学方法。整合构建诊断学新课程体系,有益于提高医学生临床思维和人文素养。 Through the integration of diagnostics and humanities,the modular teaching of diagnostics and humanities is established innovatively,and the diagnostics curriculum is optimized.Curriculum integration can make students combine medicine and humanities better in theoretical study and clinical practice,strengthen humanistic care and legal awareness,exercise clinical thinking,and conform to modern medical education mode.In the teaching process,the introduction of advanced teaching methods,such as situational simulation,sandwich teaching method,standardized patients(SP)teaching method,precision teaching and so on,promotes the reform of diagnostics teaching methods.The objective is to explore a new model of SP training,and develop and improve the methods of clinical teaching.The integration of the new system of diagnostics is beneficial to improve the clinical thinking and humanistic quality of medical students.
