摘要
为提高船体结构制造中的船体装配可视化设计技术,更好地指导生产,提高生产效率,对基于三维模型的装配可视化技术进行研究。系统分析船体装配可视化设计,包括按工序出图、图纸信息集成、三维可视化技术、可视化系统和最终现场全面数字化环境下的可视化设计等,为船体制造中其他舾装专业的现场可视化协同装配和安装图纸表达提供参考,为最终实现船舶现场全三维数字化制造奠定基础。
The 3D model based assembly visualization technology is studied to improve the design visualization technology of hull assembly for hull structure construction,and thus to guide the production effectively and to increase the production efficiency.This paper systematically clarifies the visualization design of hull assembly,including producing drawings based on work sequence,integrating drawing information,3 D visualization technology,the visualization system and the final in-site visualization design under complete digital environment,which provides reference for the collaborative expression of the assembly and installation drawings of other outfitting designs in hull construction,and lays foundation for the realization of complete 3 D digital construction of ships.
