摘要 Shuizhuyú水煮鱼(Fish Fillets in Hot Sauce)Ingredients:·550g grass carp meat·30g soybean sprouts·Chinese prickly ash, dry red pepper, ginger slices, garlic slices,chopped scallion stalk and minced shallot as needed Seasonings:·30g thick broad bean sauce·salt, essence of chicken, starchy sauce, chili oil, cooking wine,zanthoxylum oil, chili powder, seed powder of Chinese prickly ash and cooking oil as needed Directions:1.Cut off the head of grass carp and chop it into chunks, and then remove the spine of the fish and chop it into chunks.
